Know that I have been there.

I spent many years running my life at full speed, managing multiple businesses as a fitness enterepreneur, training 6 days a week prepping for an NPC figure competitionuntil until one day I colapesed from exhaustion. I was dealing with debilatating fatigue, anxiety, skin rashes, brainfog, migraines, gut issues, hormonal chaos, weight gain.... just to mention a few of my symthoms.

But let’s back up a little bit…my health issues came eventhough I was living a healthy lifestyle. I was working out, eating healthy, watching my sleep...

Do you want to know the one thing that I hadn’t embraced?

Slowing down. It took a complete collapse, chronic fatigue and debilatating brainfog for me to truly change and embrace a new lifestyle and self care practices.

I don’t want this for you. Let’s start on your path to fixing your health now.

Are you ready to step into your new life?

My program focuses on 7 key areas of health optimization that I used during my own healing journey.

Physical Activity

A healthy body is a body in motion.

We were not built for stagnation. Within the program we will provide a variety of suggested physical activities to keep you feeling your best.

Exercise releases endorphins.  Endorphins make you happy.

Metabolic Flexibility

Discover the nutritional template that is most suited to your biochemistry and helps you thrive.

Improve your insuline sensitivity and metabolic flexibility so you have sustained energy and able to manage your weight effortlessly. More advanced strategies may include using tools like a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), Lumen or incorporating IF and various other fasting strategies into your lifestyle.

Let's figure out exactly what your body needs for your food intake and energy expenditure levels to match up perfectly, and get your metabolism running like a well-oiled machine.

Sleep Optimization

Getting sufficient sleep is a common challenge, and one that will surely affect your overall recovery, energy, mood and cognative abilities.

The good news is that there are many ways to improve sleep quality. We’ll help you find the right solution for your needs, by making simple changes that make all the difference in getting a good night’s rest. Circadian Optimization is one of my passions and I love educating my clients on. It is hard to optime sleep without good data, so advanced strategies can include using a sleep tracker (such as the Oura Ring) and tracking your HRV and sleep data.

Gut Health

Working to heal the gut and restore good gut function is abolutely crutial in restoring health and vitality.

Gut issues have been linked to several conditions including skin issues, weight loss resistance, autoimmune diseases, inflammation, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and more.  When we fix your gut, you'll notice improvements to your immune system, heart health, brain function, improved mood, optimized sleep, effective digestion, and major reduction in inflamation levels in your body.  Here's a few of my focus areas: digestion and absorption, elimination and detoxification, microbial balance, and gut barrier function.

Hormonal Balance

Hormones are chemical messengers in the body and optimization can be a powerful tool in helping you feel your best.

(Vitamin D, Insulin, Melatonin, Cortisol, Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, Thyroid). Supplementation and/or BHRT is not the right strategy for everyone.  I always investigate the root causes of the hormonal imbalance before we supplement; however, sometimes supplementation can be a powerful tool in symthom management and speeding up the healing process.

Stress Management

This is one of the most often ignored and uderrated issue in women's health.

The human body experiences many different kinds of stress, both internally and externally.  When stress of any kind becomes chronic the body starts to break down, and symptoms eventually appear.  But those stress-related symptoms are usually the last sign that something’s wrong, which makes the underlying cause harder to diagnose.  Let's uncover your body’s stressors and create a custom protocol to reduce and eliminate the stress you’re experiencing.

Detoxification

Think of your body as a bucket. Now imagine the toxins that surround us in daily life are the liquid that slowly fills that bucket.

With each toxic exposure, drop-by-drop, your bucket becomes more full.  A drop here and there isn’t such a big deal; however, chronic exposure to an onslaught of chemical, physical and emotional stressors fills up your bucket each day, and at some point the bucket begins to overflow.  It may take a few decades before your bucket spills over, but once it does, cellular inflammation is triggered and unwanted symptoms arise.  Our job is to empty out this bucket so you can regain your resilience in life.

End the Cycle of Trial and Error

Most of my clients by the time they get to me, they have usually seen several different doctors without success.

I have found that the biggest problem with conventional medicine is that most doctors are focused on treating symptoms. In contrast, my functional approach works on discovering the root causes of your symptoms. In other words, your symptoms are not the problem, but the result of the problem.

My personal experience showed me that dealing with symptoms turns into an endless game of whack-a-mole.

My approach focuses on advanced lab testing to discover healing opportunities in your gut, hormone, and detoxification systems. Oftentimes when we have been dealing with chronic symptoms for a while, we end up developing a whole host of underlying causes. This approach allows me to develop customized protocols that address these causes in a careful and intentional manner. My sincere goal is that I will be the last practitioner you ever have to work with, and we get to the bottom of your health challenges once and for all.

How the 1-on-1 Coaching Program Works

Step 1:

Initial Consultation

For our first initial consultation, we will discuss the nature of the coaching relationship, health history and goals, as well as review your intake forms and food journal.

This all helps form an individualized plan for your unique needs. Around this time, you should have most of your labs completed as we await for results. Expect up to 4 weeks for all labs results to arrive.

Step 2:

Order Labs & Complete Intake Forms

The first step will be to order any lab kits that might be relevant to your case.

As you wait for those kits to arrive, several intake forms will be e-mailed to be filled out at your earliest convenience. You will also be asked to fill out a 3-day food and symptom journal. Once complete, we can schedule our initial consult!

Step 3:

Results & Recommendations

Once results have arrived, we will schedule an 80 minute Results & Recommendation session.

Results will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of this session. Your R&R session will include detailed lab analysis and symptom correlation, followed by a comprehensive 90-day diet and lifestyle protocol. Supplements and nutraceuticals will be offered to you via Fullscript at discounted rates.

Step 4:

Follow-Up Sessions

Several 45 min follow-up sessions will be booked bi-weekly for the next 3-12 months depending on your package.

These sessions are intended to help track progress, troubleshoot, and provide you with any guidance that might be needed to help you through your journey.
Optionally we may also dig into advanced biohacking and anti-aging protocols depending on your personal goals.

Step 5:

Reassessment Session

We are going to reassess symptoms, and evaluate room for further improvement.

It is often the case that follow-up testing is recommended in order to track progress, or in light of additional clues that come up along the way.

Step 6:

Final Session

Our goal will be to set you up for success to continue the work on your own.

We are going to teach you a model of self-care so you can tune into your body at any point, give it exactly what it needs to maintain the results you’ve received, so you can continue making progress…
Unlock your bodies' hidden stressors and work towards becoming you again

Labs Available

Dried Urine Test Comprehensive Hormones (DUTCH)

Dried Urine Test Comprehensive Hormones: This test provides you with detailed information on how adrenal and sex hormones are being produced and metabolized in the body.

DNA Stool Analysis (GI-MAP)

DNA Stool Analysis: includes markers for gluten sensitivity (anti-gliadin IgA), inflammation in the gut (calprotectin), immunity in the gut (SIgA), pancreatic enzyme sufficiency (elastase), and occult blood. It also looks for the presence of pathogens – including H Pylori and other bacteria, parasites, worms and viruses – in the gastrointestinal tract.

Metabolic Wellness Profile (MWP)

Metabolic Wellness Profile (dried urine test measures levels of Indican, Total Bile Acids and 8-OHdG…key metabolic markers of Digestion, Detoxification and Oxidative Stress)

Meta Oxy Test

This is a fast, quick and easy home test that measures cell membrane oxidation due to free radical peroxidation of lipids. This test is used for the TCD Program.

Urine Toxic Elements

The Doctor’s Data toxic metals screening panels provide insight into whether an individual has a significant heavy metal burden.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

The HTMA provides insight on mineral and toxic metal levels and how well the body is able to currently excrete toxic metals.  This test reveals key mineral imbalances that blood tests miss. It also allows us to provide a truly bio-individual & targeted approach to nutrition and provide a roadmap for safe detox.

Organic Acids Test (OAT)

Organic Acids Test (OAT) provides insight into the body’s cellular metabolic processes.

Organic acids are metabolic intermediates that are produced in pathways of central energy production, detoxification, neurotransmitter breakdown, or intestinal microbial activity. Marked accumulation of specific organic acids detected in urine often signals a metabolic inhibition or block.

The metabolic block may be due to a nutrient deficiency, an inherited enzyme deficit, toxic build-up or drug effect. Several of the biomarkers are markers of intestinal bacterial or yeast overgrowth.

Food Sensitivity Test (MRT LEAP 170)

Mediator Release Test for Over 170 Food Sensitivities. It is a blood test that screens for hidden inflammatory responses to 170 different foods and food-chemicals.

Mucosal Barrier Assessment (MBA)

Mucosal Barrier Assessment: Zonulin (pre-Haptoglobin 2) is a protein that modulates the permeability of tight junctions between cells of the digestive tract wall. Once triggered, Zonulin plays an important role in the creation of what we think of as gut “leakiness.” Histamine is an important regulator of gut function and plays a key role in the body’s inflammatory processes. Diamine Oxidase (DAO) is one of the primary ways our body makes sure that Histamine levels stay in check.

Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis

Evaluating standard labs through Functional Reference Ranges (ordered based on what the client needs).

Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)

Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth Breath screen is a Hydrogen & Methane breath test for Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth.

The Stress & Hormone Profile (SHP)

The Stress & Hormone Profile measures 4 point cortisol, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, with the addition of the daytime levels of Melatonin and Secretory IgA (SIgA), key indicators of immune and stress imbalance or dysfunction.

Wheat Zoomer

Celiac, gluten, and wheat sensitivity testing. This test is designed to be the most exhaustive coverage of the wheat proteome.

Mycotoxins

Urinary mycotoxin testing for mold exposure. The Great Plains Laboratory MycoTox Profile screens for seven different mycotoxins, from 40 species of mold, in one urine sample.

Comprehensive Stool Analysis (CSA)

Comprehensive Stool Analysis: The Parasitology Center Inc. Comprehensive Stool Analysis looks for the presence of pathogenic organisms in the GI tract, including protozoa, trematoda (flukes), fungi/yeast, and worms (cestoda & nematode).

Lab Fees

Lab fees are separate from practitioner fees, and are paid directly to the lab! I do not handle insurance, but you are welcome to submit your bills for re-imbursement.

What Others Have to Say

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Coaching with Orshi has been vital in my health journey. My testing revealed a Stage 3 Adrenal Dysfunction along with detox issues and compromised hormonal pathways. Orshi has been so patient and has been phenomenal in helping me understand how to implement the necessary lifestyle changes as well as applying her protocols and biohacks. The diet suggestions helped me feeling better and restoring my energy. I have come a long way but I am still in the process of healing. In all, I can't say enough how great the coaching was. I am currently recommending it to all my colleagues. Thanks for all your assistance. "

Desmine  B.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"I have continued to feel better and better and more balanced every week. Balancing my minerals and going through the detox process  enabled me to regain my vitality! Also I am sleeping really well and have sustained energy throughout the day. I am also utilizing my customized supplement program. Of course I wouldn't be saying any of this if not for your kind and graceful coaching. It is an amazing journey to go from feelings so hopeless to hopeful. And you got me there by teaching me how to better take care of myself. Of course there is still more work to do, but in the meantime thank you."
